Safety Message

The world is full of hard, stationary objects and the flesh is weak. The one lesson I have learned well is that I am far more likely to fall off when I decide that I don’t need to put my gear on “because… “ Always, always, ALWAYS wear the appropriate protective gear. Helmets, pads and braces can’t stop all injuries from happening, but they can often do much to limit the damage. A lot more people care about you than you might realize. Wear your helmet and the proper equipment; especially your helmet.

And remember, the people defying the laws of physics in the videos and photos on this site are professionals. Just because they did it doesn’t mean you can pull it off. Stay within your own limits.
