Factory Phil's Return Policy
When you buy from Factory Phil’s you are buying from me, Phil. I stand behind my products, but more importantly, I stand behind my customers. I offer a 30-day “No questions asked,” "No hassle" return policy. If you are not happy with any product purchased from me, send it back unused for a full refund of the purchase price. I’m sorry, but I do have to ask you to pay the return freight charges (unless it was our mistake) and I am not able to accept C.O.D.’s.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Just include a note or e-mail that tells us what you want us to do (refund, exchange, etc.). Please include your contact information. Sorry, we cannot accpet COD's. If it was our fault, contact us via phone or e-mail and we'll take care of the return.
