Factory Phil’s and A Romantic Place are
divisions of Ammendolia’s Adventures LLC. We take your privacy seriously and
want to keep you informed of how we use the information collected through the
use of each of our websites located at, or linked to, the URLs www.ammendolias.com; www.aromanticplace.com;
and www.factoryphils.com, as well as our associated eBay® stores. EBay® policies can

Simply put, we will not share your

use PayPal® to accept your on-line payments and therefore we do not collect or
save any information in regard to your credit card or any other form of
electronic payment. PayPal’s® policies can be found at www.paypal.com. We occasionally use our vendors support to deliver
products to you in a timely manner and when we do, we will give them just
enough information about you to get your package(s) delivered to their
destination. We will only use your information to service you and to keep you
informed of our specials and/or new offerings. Any information collected by
Ammendolia’s Adventures, LLC or any of its affiliates or divisions will be used
only by us and only as stated. You always have the right to opt-out of
receiving information from us, and if you choose to do so, we will respect your
request.
